Appropriate for babies & toddlers of any level. Learn games, songs and basic roll over and float 'life extending' techniques.
Help your baby/toddler get comfortable in the water.
Must have an adult in water for each swimmer.  All swimmers must wear a swim diaper.

Swim Basics

Learn air exchange, floats, and free swim.
Beginner

Appropriate for swimmers needing to learn the following.
·           Station 1 – “Bubbles” Learn air exchange, getting face wet, holding and release air.
·           Station 2 – “Floats and Glides”. Learn water comfort and basic safety skills.
Learn or become more familiar with water adaption, getting face wet, rhythmic breathing with bobs. Floats and glides for both front and back, maintaining balance for 5 sec.

Non or unsure swimmer.

Intermediate

Appropriate for swimmers needing to learn the following.
·           Station 3 – “Kicking” Learn different methods of kicking to propel forward.
·           Station 4 – “Crawl Stroke”. Roll over skills, crawl arm stroke, and sculling.
Learn or become more familiar with kicking, both on front and back. Streamline kicks. Roll from front to back and swim basic crawl.
Can submerge underwater and float, glide for 5 sec.

   School

Learn free, back, breast and butterfly strokes.
Intermediate II

Appropriate for swimmers needing to learn the following.
·           Station 5 – “Freestyle” Learn side breathing for crawl stroke.
·           Station 6 – “Backstroke”. Learn basic backstroke.
Learn or become more familiar with timing of side-breathing for crawl stroke. Backstroke basics, sit dives, and kneel dives.

Swims crawl stroke ½ pool length, with face wet.

Advanced

Appropriate for swimmers needing to learn the following.
·           Station 7 – “Breaststroke & Butterfly” Learn breast kick, and swim, fly arms and swim.

Learn or become more familiar with Breaststroke kick, pull and timing.  Butterfly kick, pull and timing. 
Swims freestyle 1 pool length with side breathing. Swims backstroke 1/2 pool length.
Technique Refinement

Learn new or improve upon old skills to swim efficiently and to race smart.
Advanced II

Appropriate for swimmers needing to learn the following.
·           Station 8 – “Turns” Learn open and flip turns
·           Station 9 – “Lifetime Strokes” Learn sidestroke and elementary backstroke.
·           Station 10 – “Individual Medley” Extend swimming and technique refinement in all major strokes.

Swimmers of every level can benefit from slowing down, taking time to focus on proper technique and reinforcing muscle memory.
Swims Freestyle 1.5 pool length with side breathing. Swims backstroke 1 pool length. Swims breast & fly 1/2 pool length.
